Why we do what we do ⚡

Hello everyone,

I'm Esther, the NFT champion at Faces of Web3.

We’ve been sending out web3 content (almost daily) for close to six months now. However, feedback from some of you special people has helped me realize one thing: we've been publishing without necessarily carrying you along and explaining how it all works, so I would like to remedy that. 

When we started this newsletter in January, we set out to do four things.

1. Spotlight creators and innovators doing awesome stuff in the ecosystem. 

2. Simplify learning in Web3.

3. Provide a safe place for newbies learning about Web3 to help them survive in the fast-paced environment.

4. Look for ways to provide value to people who are learning about Web3.

Following this arrangement, our newsletters are divided into seven sections.

NFTs with Fow3: Where we teach you how to make money from what you and other people create. This goes out on Tuesdays, and you can catch uphere.

DAOs with Fow3: We educate you about the future of work. We post these on Wednesdays. Start here.

Faces Interviews: On Thursdays,we introduce you to the people who are already making it in Web3. We send these out on Thursdays. Start here.

DeFi with Fow3: How to make your money work for you without the need for banks. We publish these on Fridays. Start here.

News with Fow3: To keep you abreast of this new ecosystem.

Tea with Fow3: This is the hot gist section where we show practical examples of what we're doing in web3. Think about it like hot tea. Start here.

Jobs with Fow3: Before 2022, I didn't know there was such a role as a community manager (Your normal WhatsApp Admin? That's a role companies now pay a lot to recruit for in Web3). This section will tell you all about the jobs available in Web3 

These parts that makeup Faces of Web3 are in pursuit of one goal, which is to help you join the Web3 conversation and be educated for the careers of the future.

As with everything else, learning Web3 requires practice and active participation from you. When we write to you, please read, share, and ask us all your questions.

We'll be opening up our Telegram or Discord soon, and we hope this will help you be comfortable enough to ask questions and meet others who’ll guide you in your journey.
